Children's Ministry

Our Children's Ministry Program recognizes that children are some of God’s most precious gifts. From birth to 5th grade we provide a variety of programs and resources to assist parents in the critical task of raising godly children.

Babies/Toddlers NURSERY

Our nursery (birth thru 3 years) is currently available each Sunday

from 9:30 am until the Worship Service concludes at 12:15

Kid’s ZONE

Ages 4 year thru 5th grade from 9:30 am until 10:30 am

The children will gather in the downstairs Assembly Room

This hour will offer Music and Activities with a Biblical Emphasis

4 years thru 5th grade

11:15 am children are dismissed from Worship to teachers in foyer

12:15 pm Children must be picked up

Children's Nursery Attendant

The First Baptist Church of Gresham is happy to announce the hiring of a Nursery Attendant to care for our youngest church attendees. Kelli Ellis joins the Children's Ministry Team and brings her faith and love of children to our church. Kelli began to minister with us in December 2024.

Student Ministry

Growing up in a complex world isn't easy. Our middle and high school ministries speak to your children in a language they understand. Watch them encounter God and learn what He has in store for their lives.

The Student Ministry at FBC is available to all students grades 6-12th. This Bible Study deals with world issues and how God’s Word is our answer for living a life pleasing to Him. Enjoy the discussions as we go through books and stories of the bible.

This Bible Study will assist students in developing the ability to read and understand the Bible more clearly.

We are reaching out to the community and invite you to bring friends. Join us next Sunday!

Adult Choir

The choir practices every Thursday evening at 6:00 and sings on Sunday mornings at the worship service from September to May.

The choir prepares music for Sunday mornings and for concerts at Christmas and Easter.

For Christmas, the community is invited to join the choir, singing beautiful Christmas music and providing an evening of music and fellowship prior to Christmas day!

Quilts of Love

The Dorcas Circle is a group of dedicated individuals who meet monthly at the church to assemble handmade quilts.

These quilts are made with love and care, and are prayed over before being given to retirement homes and the Pregnancy Resource Center. Join us in spreading warmth and comfort to those in need.
